Realizing the importance of creating and sustaining positive habits from a young age, we offer Perfect Ten for younger girls, or "Sprouts". These 4th and 5th graders join early on in their school career because they demonstrate courage and curiosity. The idea is that, by 6th grade, they will matriculate to our Blooms program ready to fully engage in challenging activities, keep up with their schoolwork, and confidently contribute their own unique personality and flare to the Perfect Ten family.

Sprouts meet twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at the Bluehawk Blue Nation After School Program located at the Montgomery C. Smith Intermediate School. They have snack together, learn and practice the Perfect Ten promises, and participate in craft and music projects. Through staff mentorship and consistent participation, Sprouts begin to develop a sense of self, a sisterhood, and an openness to learning new things and getting to know new people.

Every month we host a Big Sister/Little Sister day at the Perfect Ten Clubhouse. At the start of the school year, each younger girl is partnered with an older girl with the intention of developing a lasting relationship. They get to know one another through cooking and sharing a meal, creating art objects and gifts, and engaging in conversations and games. These events bring older and younger girls together in a comfortable, activity-oriented setting, and provide yet another opportunity for girls' self-expression, while fostering the cohesive spirit which makes the Perfect Ten experience so memorable. Older girls become mentors, while younger girls gain role models and confidants.
