The name started as Perfect Ten, inspired by watching the Olympic gymnastics where the score of a Perfect Ten was the north star- the thing to reach for; the goal you trained for in whatever game you play! While some girls loved the name, others misunderstood it as perfection or a membership cap of ten girls. To clarify, we rebranded as PTEN, short for Perfect Ten which outlines our 10 promises

Not at all! While many of our participants are local to Hudson, we warmly welcome anyone who can make it to our clubhouse. We'd be delighted if you have transportation and would like to join us.

If your child attends a school within the Hudson City School District, they can take the bus directly from school to our location. At the end of the day, we provide transportation to take the girls home. For children not enrolled in the Hudson City School District, we kindly ask that they be dropped off at our location no later than 3:00 PM.

Joining Perfect Ten is completely free! There are no membership fees or hidden costs. We believe in providing accessible opportunities and resources for every girl, ensuring financial barriers never stand in the way of personal growth, empowerment, and community.

Yes, we can arrange one-on-one meetings with a parent or guardian to discuss how your PTen girl is doing. These meetings are available upon request and provide an opportunity to review her progress, address any concerns, and celebrate her achievements. We strive to maintain open communication with families to ensure that we are working together to support each girl's growth and success. If you ever have questions or would like to schedule a meeting, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Yes, we serve meals to ensure the girls are well-fed and ready to engage in our activities. Every day when the girls arrive, we provide a nutritious hot meal to help them recharge after their school day. Before they leave for the day, we also offer a small snack to keep them energized and satisfied. Our meals are thoughtfully planned to support their health and well-being, and we are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies whenever possible. Providing wholesome food is just one of the ways we care for the girls while they're with us.

We currently do not have a limit on the number of girls in the clubhouse, though our ideal capacity is around 15-20 participants. At the moment, we have 26 girls on our roster. Enrollment remains open year-round, although this policy may be subject to change in the near future.

If a PTen girl wishes to leave the program, we kindly ask that she (or you) let us know so we can have a conversation to understand the reasons and provide any necessary support. Please call 518-755-3295.

If your child is not feeling well, we kindly ask that you keep them at home to rest and recover fully. This helps ensure the health and safety of everyone attending our events or activities and gives your PTen girl the care and attention she needs.

Our team is experienced in working with girls of all personality types and will ensure she feels included and supported every step of the way.

Our clubhouse hours are 2:45 - 5:30 PM.

Our program operates year-round, aligning with the Hudson City School District calendar. During certain school breaks, we may organize field trips for the girls. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive 6-week summer program.
